Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Agent for Reynoldsville, PA. You will be the primary airport ambassador, greeting passengers, checking in, handling luggage, and assisting with seating and bookings in a fast-paced environment.

You must maintain calm under pressure, communicate clearly in English, and follow all FAA and airline rules. The role entails safety‑conscious duties and potential vehicle operation responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• greeting and check in passengers, handling luggage, bookings, and assisting with loading/unloading.
• Ensuring FAA, Airline and airport regulations are followed.
• Enforcing safety and security measures and protecting sensitive zones.
• Creating and modifying reservations.
• Checking in passengers; safely loading/unloading passengers.
• Handling luggage up to 70 lbs and monitoring weight/size.
• Reviewing baggage tags for accuracy and calculating Weight/Balance.
• Providing information on arrival/departure times and procedures.
• Directing aircraft parking and ramp operations.
• Processing credit card payments.
• Maintaining work area and equipment; providing great customer service.
