Surf Air Mobility seeks an Airport Customer Service Agent to handle front-line passenger services, luggage handling, and bookings in a busy airport environment. You will greet passengers, check in, assist with loading/unloading, and enforce safety regulations.

The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to work in a 24/7 operation. Training will cover reservation and phone systems, with opportunities to grow within Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Courteous in all interactions and professional in appearance.
• Ability to learn the terms of the company’s Contract of Carriage.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in passengers; assist with bookings and baggage.
• Ensure FAA, airline and airport regulations are followed.
• Guide passengers on loading/unloading and provide seating info.
• Direct aircraft parking and ramp operations as needed.
• Process credit card payments and provide customer service.
