Responsibilities

• Counsels and corresponds with students, families, university departments, or other stakeholders regarding admission policies, procedures and information.
• Conducts large and small-group presentations to prospective students.
• Researches and resolves problems; makes recruitment calls and emails in collaboration with partner offices.
• Learns and uses the CRM, SIS, and other technologies to perform timely and accurate entries into databases.
