Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.

Role Description

The Seasonal Admissions Recruiter is a remote position. This position supports partner colleges by engaging prospective students through campus visits, high school outreach, and community events in a defined territory.

• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment services, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with prospective students and families.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship-building skills to represent partner colleges professionally at events and in meetings.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to coordinate travel, visits, event schedules, and follow-up activities in a seasonal environment.
• Comfort with basic data entry, CRM or admissions systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by recruitment events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally for recruitment activities when needed.
