Qualificações

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years’ admissions office or school env. experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; confidential info handling.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, update and maintain prospective student data in the admissions database.
• Process applications and supporting documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate student visits, interviews, and admissions appointments.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective families by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with admissions events, including Shadow program, Open House and Enrollment Day.
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for prospective students and families.
• Assist the Admissions Director and Admissions Coordinator with special projects.
