Job summary

PS Seasoning in Wisconsin seeks a self-driven Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on multiple shifts. You will manage schedules, monitor quality, lead staff, and ensure on-time fulfillment while upholding GMP/HACCP standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of supervision in manufacturing, strong English communication, and comfort working with cross-functional teams on 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, or 10pm–6am shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus.
• 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in production or manufacturing.
• Food industry experience and ingredient blending are a bonus.
• Strong English communication; Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; ADP and ERP experience a plus.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Solid organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and multilingual teams.
• Production hours: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.

Responsibilities
