Starting pay ranges by shift, with first shift at $21 per hour and second/third shifts at $22 per hour, plus overtime and weekend premiums. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening to begin.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of production plant experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Safety-focused and a dependable team player.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines to manufacture and package fertilizer products.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Stand on feet for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
