Job summary

Scotts Miracle-Gro in Marysville, OH is seeking a Seasonal Associate to join the Supply Chain team. You will perform daily production tasks, operate a forklift, maintain housekeeping, and ensure materials are stocked while rotating through workstations. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential.

The role supports manufacturing inspections and quality control, with full-time or part-time seasonal shifts and overtime as needed. Training is provided on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily assignments as directed by team leader or supervisor.
• Safety check of equipment before operation.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials.
• Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available.
• Learn multiple automated pieces of equipment and rotate stations.
• Communicate performance information to peers/supervisors.
• Follow manufacturing inspection protocols for quality standards.
