Typical hours include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM for 1st shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM for 2nd shift, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM for 3rd shift; overtime weekends during peak season; opportunities for advancement to full-time.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of production plant experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
• Dependable, safety-focused, team-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Production line operations to manufacture and package fertilizer products.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain safety and quality compliance per SOPs.
