Qualifications

• 1+ years of production plant experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and handling materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines to manufacture and package fertilizer products.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Follow SOPs to maintain safety and product quality.
• Work on feet for long periods, stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Adapt to indoor environments with variable temperatures.
