Job summary

Zohorecruit in Decatur, GA is seeking 8 inside phone representatives for a seasonal tax‑preparation call center from January through April. Training will be held via Zoom, with in‑person sessions at our Marietta & Decatur locations. Shifts run 9am–8pm, and you’ll work about 30–40 hours per week with hourly pay plus weekly bonuses.

Responsibilities include:

• Build client rapport
• Market tax preparation services to in-bound callers usingphone script
• Make outbound marketing calls to previous tax clients usingphone script
• Record accurate notes in online customer relationshipmanagement database
• Prepare tax return estimates for in-bound callers (noexperience needed, will train)
• Resolve basic customer concerns via telephone in a timelyand professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service over the telephone
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Overall office efficiency

Store hours are 9am – 8pm Monday thru Saturday, Possible Sundays;Shift starts at 9am

You will work approximately 30 – 40 hours per week

Compensation - Hourly, plus weekly bonuses
