Foley Entertainment Group seeks a Coordinator, Membership Services to build relationships for the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks. You will drive retention, renewals, upgrades, and referrals while serving as the primary liaison for Season Ticket Members and managing CRM data.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, data accuracy, and exceptional service during games, events, and member interactions. A strong team player with a fan-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years ticket sales or service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and organization.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.

Responsabilités

• Retention & renewals: meet annual goals and deliver renewal experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Season Ticket Members.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ticketing data.
• Plan and support member events and game-day needs.
• Make 40–50 outbound calls daily.
