Miami HEAT is seeking a STM Coordinator to support Season Ticket Members. The role focuses on planning and executing events, creating promotional materials, and maintaining member communications.

You will track retention data, assist with gameday operations, and help manage interns in a fast-paced arena environment. The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in a business field and 1–2 years of sales or season tickets exposure, with strong MS Office and scheduling tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year college diploma or university degree in a business-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or Season Tickets is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and proficiency in Windows-based software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, communicate, implement, and measure all STM events for Season Ticket Members and referrals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events Services, and Communications to develop marketing pieces.
• Manage the 'My HEAT House' service area on gamedays and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in supervising department interns and handle STM emails daily.
• Develop tracking spreadsheets and maintain an organized calendar of STM assets.
