Job summary

The Miami HEAT is seeking Box Office Representatives to sell tickets, distribute will call, and service guests at games and Arena events with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include ticket sales at windows, will call distribution, and delivering exceptional customer service to every guest. Prior cashier experience and strong communication are preferred; Bus/Archtics or Ticketmaster experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and six months to one year of cashier experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven organization skills and computer literacy.
• Strong customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and accurately sell tickets for all games and Arena events at the sales windows.
• Distribute will call tickets to guests and service guests at all arena events.
