  • Manage the 'My HEAT House' service area on gamedays and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist in supervising department interns and handle STM emails daily.
  • Develop tracking spreadsheets and maintain an organized calendar of STM assets.

Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Season Ticket Memberships Team is seeking a Coordinator! This position is responsible for improving the team’s STM retention rate by supporting our STM Staff with events and renewal initiatives. The STM Coordinator supports the goals of the overall department and is indirectly responsible for Coordinating STM events and promotional materials. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all administrative programs and procedures are updated and submitted on a timely basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

  • Plan, communicate, implement, and measure all STM events and activities for Season Ticket Members and potential new sales (referrals). Including but not limited to the following: Casino Night, Kids Camp, Ocho Event, Meet and Greets, Open Practice; ensure all events meet budgeted financial objectives.
  • Meet with key departments such as Marketing, Events Services, Strategic Planning, and Communications to develop quality marketing and promotional pieces for events and other STM initiatives. I.e., Renewal collateral, invitations, direct mail pieces, signage.
  • Manage "My HEAT House" Section 115 service area on gamedays. Track and respond to gameday inquiries accordingly, and assist in the execution of gameday assets, such as Benchwarmers and High Five Club.
  • Assist in managing and leading department interns.
  • Answer STM 1400 line and phone messages daily, systematically distribute, and ensure follow‑up.
  • Be responsible for the Season Ticket Membership email inbox on a day‑to‑day basis: replying to Members' emails, replying to general questions, and forwarding emails to different departments in the organization.
  • Assist with gameday management of the HEAT Rewards program.
  • Facilitate mailing of HEAT Rewards items to account holders.
  • Build and maintain tracking spreadsheets based on season ticket services retention and efficiency data to help measure and customize STM events.
  • Build and maintain an organized calendar of all STM assets and events.
  • Develop and coordinate a system for ensuring customer profile info is consistently collected and updated during all events and activities. Complete customized surveys for all events.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining our supplies and Inventory. Implement a control system to ensure consumption and distribution.
  • Attend STM departmental meetings communicate immediate and future events, and update action items.
  • Attend necessary operational meetings determined by MGT to ensure communication of events to the organization.
  • Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.
  • Must be able to take direction and work well with others.
  • Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines.
  • Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately.
  • Must be able to react to change efficiently.
  • Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by management.

  • Four-year college diploma or university degree in a business‑related field. A minimum of one to two years of experience in sales or meaningful exposure to Season Tickets is helpful. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in Windows‑based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Scheduling tools. Strong interpersonal and planning skills.
