Job summary

Miami HEAT is seeking Box Office Representatives to sell tickets, distribute will call, and service all HEAT guests at games and Arena events with courtesy, professionalism, thoughtfulness, sincerity and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include selling tickets at windows, distributing will call, reconciling daily sales, and answering guest inquiries with the highest level of courtesy. Prior Ticketmaster/Archtics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of cashier experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all HEAT guests at games and arena events.
• Professionally and accurately sell tickets for HEAT games and arena events at sales windows.
• Distribute will call tickets accurately to guests; reconcile daily sales with no overages/shortages.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone and at Customer Service windows with courtesy and clarity.
