Onward Search partners with a leading retail media company to recruit a Search Performance Manager in Hoboken, NJ. You will analyze and optimize search campaigns to meet marketing goals, drive revenue, and collaborate with sales, account management, and technical teams to align on campaign objectives.

You will own budgets, bids, and account settings, monitor data to identify opportunities, and implement keyword targeting improvements to lift performance across supplier campaigns.
