Job summary

GMM Pfaudler US Inc seeks a Sales & Service Engineer for Sealing Technology Products. The role is remote with a Midwest home base and substantial travel (60–80%). You will lead sales growth for sealing technologies in pharma, chemical, and food industries, working autonomously and with cross-functional teams.

You will manage existing customers, pursue new opportunities, and coordinate with field sales and service staff to drive orders and customer satisfaction in North America.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical degree or equivalent training.
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience with rotating equipment, preferably with an International sealing technology company.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers.
• Convert leads to customers with goal of order closures and repeat business.
• Qualify and review inquiries to convert them into opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales offers and follow up to close orders.
• Process orders in the business system.
