Job summary

Hersheypark is seeking a Part-Time General Cook to join the Hershey Entertainment Complex culinary team in Hershey, PA. The role supports line production, maintains sanitation, and ensures quality preparation of menu items in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of kitchen experience or is pursuing a culinary program, and will complete ServSafe and allergen training within 90 days. Flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within the team are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or age requirement stated.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in culinary field or enrollment in culinary/pastry program.
• Demonstrate ability to train and supervise entry level culinary staff.
• Must pass ServSafe Food Handler and Allergen programs within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen.
• Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work areas.
• Adhere to Hershey Entertainment Complex policies.
• Prepare all food items according to recipes with quality and speed.
• Assist in receiving, storing and organizing food, non-food, and cleaning supplies.
