Job summary

Hershey Entertainment and Resorts is seeking a full-time Cook for Devon Seafood + Steak in Hershey, PA. You will prepare all menu items with speed and consistent quality, plating and expediting as needed, while maintaining clean work areas.

Requirements include at least two years of cook experience, a ServSafe certification within 90 days, and the ability to obtain a Certified Trainer certification within 90 days. Flexible schedule and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum two years of experience as a cook.
• Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Possess or obtain Certified Trainer certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to prep sheets and recipes.
• Cook, plate, garnish, and expedite food.
• Communicate with front of house for timely service.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
• Help develop daily specials.
• Assist with training.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Store food products properly.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with inventory.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
