Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of related Hospitality/Tourism or Food & Beverage experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Post-Employment - RAMP and ServSafe Manager Certifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate employees; assign work to uphold customer service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate employee shifts; manage breaks and changes; ensure prep/closing tasks are completed.
• Perform opening/closing duties; conduct walk-throughs and oversee cash-out procedures.
