Responsibilities include stocking cases, pricing accuracy, preparation of fish, and participating in inventory. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Proactively reads labels and familiarizes oneself on various products.

• Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to fellow Team Members, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions with customers, vendors, and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing displays by checking quality and stocking cases.
• Maintains accurate department signage and pricing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Keeps a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and tidy.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; boxes, labels, and dates cooked fish.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
