Job summary

Whole Foods Market in New Jersey is seeking a Seafood Team Member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. You will help maintain fresh displays, assist with sampling, and ensure a safe, clean shopping environment.

You will deliver courteous, friendly service and apply suggestive selling while following health, safety and store procedures. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing display by checking quality and keeping cases stocked.
• Maintains accurate department signage and pricing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, and floors; assists with cleaning as required.
• Preps, skins, bones, cooks or smokes fish and labels cooked fish.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Adheres to safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
