Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a seafood team member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation duties in the seafood department. The role emphasizes courteous, friendly service to customers and fellow Team Members, adherence to SOPs, and readiness to perform related duties across the department.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, well-stocked displays, accurate signage, and safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing display by stocking, cleaning, rotating products, and updating signs.
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing, and back stock organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with sampling and merchandising.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; report safety hazards promptly.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures as required by the department.
• Assist with inventory checks and support store programs and initiatives.
