Queen Enterprises is hiring a Seafood/Meat Service Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with seafood/meat selections, including cutting, cleaning and preparing items to customer specifications.

You will ensure items are knife-ready, greet customers, and assist with questions, special orders, and needs while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Use selling skills and merchandising programs to enhance customer interaction and achieve maximum sales.
• Provide polite friendly greetings and interact with all customers as they approach the department.
• Prepares knife -ready products for sale (slice, trim, wrap, weigh and price) according to our standards.
• Assists in product receiving, inventory and storage.
• Stocks and rotates frozen items, prepared meats and fresh meat/seafood in sales area.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all areas that come in contact with meat/seafood and in the prep areas, coolers, freezers and sales floor.
• Maintains high quality and freshness with products available for sale. Ensures all products are in date.
• Communicates customers requests/concerns to management.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
