Job summary

Trident Seafoods seeks a Production Lead to oversee the seafood processing line, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will coordinate with maintenance and other departments to maintain smooth production and safety compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of production experience, HS diploma or GED, and ideally food manufacturing exposure. Expect a collaborative team setting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years production experience is required.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Food manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily seafood processing line operations and assign tasks to the team.
• Ensure safety, quality control and regulatory compliance across production.
• Monitor material flow and coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
• Provide training on seafood handling, safety and quality procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
