Job summary

Foodland Super Market, Ltd. in Hawaii is seeking a Fish Cutter for a part-time, on-site role. The pay starts from $18.37 per hour, with evening and weekend availability strongly preferred.

On-island candidates only; relocation assistance is not provided. You will stock, cut, and merchandise seafood, maintain fresh inventory, and assist customers with special requests. Responsibilities include handling wrapping machines and knives, pricing items, and contributing to a clean, well-stocked

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to frequently lift, maneuver and/carry up to 75 pounds.
Must successfully pass apprentice/training program (applies to apprentice only).
Must have TB Clearance.
Must comply with all company policies and requirements.

Responsibilities

Stock seafood cases with fresh, high-quality products for customers.
Receive, stock, cut, prepare, wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise seafood products.
Control inventory and rotate products to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
Attend the service case and assist customers with requests.
Help increase sales by offering samples and suggesting additional items.
Operate wrapping machines and knives.
