The Fresh Market in Florida seeks a Seafood Specialist to lead seafood department excellence, ensuring freshness, proper rotation, and accurate signage. You’ll own inventory accuracy and support promotions while delivering a warm guest experience.

You will collaborate with leadership on ordering, receiving, and display, and help during peak times as a cashier or in other areas, emphasizing hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seafood meets freshness and quality standards; rotate dating.
• Execute planograms, placement, and signage accurately.
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment with leadership.
• Verify deliveries and storage procedures for freshness.
• Support promotions and seasonal events; assist guest engagement.
• Assist front-end operations as cashier or in other areas.
