The Fresh Market in Mt. Lebanon, PA seeks a Seafood Specialist to lead seafood department excellence, ensure product freshness, proper rotation, and food safety standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will own seafood inventory accuracy, planograms, and support promotions, working with store leadership to maintain presentation and guest engagement across peak times.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure seafood products meet freshness and quality standards with proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with leadership on ordering and replenishment of seafood items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness and ensure proper receiving/storage procedures.
• Support promotions and seasonal events with accurate presentation and guest engagement.
