The role requires leadership, experience in wholesale distribution or food industry operations, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with responsibilities spanning inventory, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale distribution or food industry operations.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational reporting.
• Ability to review sales, inventory and expense reports and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations with the Branch Manager across sales, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and delivery.
• Supervise sales, administrative, warehouse and delivery teams for efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and support growth and new business.
• Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, delivery schedules and product quality.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor financials: sales, gross profit, operating expenses, AR, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with HQ to address issues and implement improvements.
• Support training, scheduling, performance management and daily workflow.
• Assume branch management duties during Branch Manager absence.
