Job summary

TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency in Denver is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to support daily branch activities and coordinate with HQ and other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role oversees sales, warehouse, delivery, inventory, and purchasing; supervises Sales, Office, Warehouse, and Driver teams; and monitors branch performance, AR, and reporting.

Experience in wholesale distribution or food distribution preferred; strong leadership, communication, and Excel skills are

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale distribution or food distribution.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational functions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to review sales, inventory, expense, and accounts receivable reports and identify issues requiring action.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems used for order processing, inventory, or reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with the overall daily operation. Coordinate with HQ and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Oversee sales, warehouse, delivery, inventory, and purchasing activities.
• Identify operational issues and support corrective actions and improvements.
• Support the supervision of Sales, Office, Warehouse, and Driver teams.
• Monitor branch sales, gross profit, expenses, and overall performance.
• Monitor AR collection and customer credit status.
