Qualifications

• 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
• Food safety certification; willing to complete within 6 months if not certified.
• Proven ability to monitor profitability, purchasing, and labor targets.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Projects annual sales and expenses and prepares operating budget.
• Manages ordering and inventory to achieve targeted contribution to profit margin.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with leadership and vendors.
• Sustains knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
• Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork, respect, and high morale.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy customers; responds to needs and questions.
• Trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members to sustain high-performance teams.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts performance evaluations.
• Communicates WFM vision and goals.
