Job summary

Staffmark Group in Denver, CO is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a growing branch of fewer than 20 employees across Sales, Office, Warehouse, and Delivery teams. This onsite role requires coordinating with corporate HQ, driving branch operations, and delivering high-quality service to customers.

You will work with the Branch Manager to expand the Denver branch, manage schedules, oversee customer relations, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing departments, teams, and financial results such as sales or profit.
• Background in wholesale distribution, logistics, or food distribution or related industry.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational functions, balance priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in daily branch operations and ensure smooth collaboration with HQ.
• Oversee sales, warehouse, delivery, inventory, and purchasing activities.
• Support staffing, training, and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers.
