Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. in Denver, CO is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations for a premium seafood distribution business.

You will supervise teams, maintain key relationships, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Ideal candidates have wholesale distribution or food industry experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to review sales, inventory, and financial reports while ensuring compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or food distribution and branch operations.
• Experience supervising employees or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics, sales operations, or operational reporting.
• Ability to review sales, inventory, expense, and AR reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including sales, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and delivery.
• Supervise sales, administrative, warehouse, and delivery teams for efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with key customer accounts and support growth.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, shipping, deliveries, and warehouse quality.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Monitor branch sales, gross profit, expenses, AR, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with headquarters to address issues and improve processes.
• Support employee training, scheduling, performance management, and workflow.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence.
