You will oversee staff, ensure food safety compliance, manage inventory, budgeting, and liaison with HQ, with relocation support and a company car for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Profit Goals: Set and manage monthly and annual sales/profit targets.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, evaluate, and supervise staff, manage attendance, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee warehouse, delivery, order processing, and inventory control.
• Food Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
• Finance and Accounting: Manage AP/AR, develop branch budgets, approve expenses, and control costs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain business licenses and ensure compliance with import-related regulations.
• Documentation: Manage required documents and certificates.
• Logistics and Procurement: Coordinate with HQ, overseas suppliers, and handle negotiations/travel as needed.
• Marketing & Sales Strategy: Develop promotional plans and pursue new business opportunities.
• Emergency Response: Handle claims, delivery issues, and implement crisis management measures.
• Serve as Acting Branch Manager in the absence of the Branch Manager

Summary

A seafood wholesaler is opening a new branch in Denver and is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and acquiring new clients

Salary and Benefits

• $80K–(Bonuses awarded based on performance)
• For Assistant Branch Manager with prior experience: Salary starting at $90K+; For less experienced candidates: Starting at $80K (training will be provided)
