You will supervise clerks, coordinate training, and execute company programs to meet sales and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to train, coach, and support department associates to meet standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily seafood department operations with a focus on customer service, freshness, and department readiness.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service and respond to customer requests and special orders.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and task assignment for seafood clerks to support department coverage.
• Execute merchandising programs, displays, and pricing according to company guidelines.
• Prepare seafood items including cutting, weighing, wrapping, labeling, and stocking displays.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, including cases, prep areas, and equipment.
• Monitor product freshness and remove unsellable or expired items.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, and receiving shipments to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Track and log required temperature checks for coolers and freezers.
• Maintain department signage and communication updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and operational standards.
