Responsabilités

• Oversee daily seafood department operations focusing on customer service and freshness.
• Provide friendly service and respond to customer requests and orders.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and task assignments for clerks.
• Execute merchandising programs, displays, and pricing per guidelines.
• Prepare seafood items including cutting, wrapping, labeling, and stocking.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Monitor product freshness and remove unsellable items.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and receiving to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Track temperature checks for coolers and freezers.
• Maintain signage and communicate updates; ensure food safety compliance.
