• Oversee daily seafood department operations with focus on customer service and freshness.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and task assignment for seafood clerks.
• Execute merchandising programs, displays, and pricing according to company guidelines.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, and receiving shipments to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Monitor temperature checks for coolers and freezers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
