Job summary

Harris Teeter on Johns Island, SC is seeking a supervisor to manage the Seafood Department, with responsibilities that may extend to the Meat Department. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 15 associates in the Seafood Department and assist in the Meat Department as needed.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate department activities in line with Harris Teeter policies and laws.
• Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assess performance and provide feedback.
• Address complaints and resolve problems to maintain customer satisfaction and sales.
