Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Seafood Manager to supervise up to 15 associates in the Seafood Department and assist the Seafood Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. The role involves interviewing, training, planning, and directing work while maintaining Harris Teeter standards and policies in a fast-paced retail environment at the Charlotte, NC store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
