The Kroger Co. is seeking a Seafood department leader in Windsor, CO to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, clean environment. You will direct duties and activities for the seafood department, ensuring quality standards and sales goals are met while upholding Kroger’s values of respect, integrity and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, managing schedules, training associates, and monitoring costs and inventory to support department performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
