• Offer samples to customers and inform them of specials.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results.
• Understand store layout and locate products.
• Create sales promotions in partnership with management.
• Monitor inventory, pricing changes, and stock conditions.
• Ensure food safety regulations and temperature logs are maintained.
• Safe operation and reporting of safety risks and accidents.
