Qualificações

• Experience in fish cutting or seafood processing preferred.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in refrigerated/cold environments.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented and able to work well with others.

Responsabilidades

• Cut, fillet, portion, and prepare fresh fish to customer specifications.
• Maintain quality and accurate portion sizes.
• Safely use knives and seafood-processing equipment.
• Inspect seafood for freshness and quality.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with other seafood production duties as needed.
