Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within ten feet and assist with orders.
• Weight, price, and service seafood products for customers.
• Pull items to be cut and prepped for the day from the freezer.
• Wrap and price products per company standards.
• Stock and rotate seafood items and remove damaged items.
• Prepare sushi if working at the sushi counter.
• Display merchandise on showcase per schematic.
• Add ice to display case and prepare poke and other seafood items.
• Clean the department and sanitize tools and area.
• Keep seafood area organized and chilled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
