Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides standard customer service in the sushi department.
• Reads orders and prices products for customers.
• Preps and displays sushi items following recipes and company standards.
• Stocks, rotates, and inventories sushi items to maintain freshness.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area; assists with seafood items when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
