Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with orders, weighing and pricing products.
• Cut filets, chunks, and cubes per company standards.
• Tray, wrap, and price products; stock and rotate seafood items.
• Prepare sushi at the sushi counter when needed.
• Display merchandise and maintain clean, organized seafood area.
• Assist with poke and other seafood preparations following recipes.
• Follow safety procedures and work with team to meet standards.
