Responsibilities

• Greet customers within ten feet and assist with orders and pricing.
• Readily service customer orders, weigh and price products for customers.
• Pull items to be cut and prepped for the day from the freezer.
• Wrap, price, and display products per company standards.
• Stock and rotate seafood items to maintain freshness; remove damaged items.
• Prepare sushi if working at the sushi counter.
• Display merchandise on showcase per schematic.
• Assist with ice, poke and other seafood products from recipes.
