Responsibilities

• Readily services customer orders, weighs and prices products.
• Pulls items to be cut and prepped for the day from the freezer.
• Trays, wraps, and prices products per company standards.
• Stocks and rotates seafood items to maintain freshness.
• Prepares sushi if working at the sushi counter.
• Displays merchandise on showcase per schematic.
• Completes basic cleaning of department and sanitizes tools.
