Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Manager (Program Manager) to lead operational delivery for strategic customers across the Americas. You will bridge customer expectations and execution, leveraging data and process improvements to drive performance and long-term supply chain value.

The role requires program management capabilities, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at all levels in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sea Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or program management.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and senior stakeholder reviews.
• Ability to interpret operational data, manage KPIs, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational lead for one or more strategic accounts.
• Coordinate complex ocean freight and supply chain programs across regions.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, dashboards, and reports; identify root causes of issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance visibility, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, operations teams, and systems experts to implement solutions.
• Support onboarding, new business, and system integrations; develop value roadmaps.
