Qualifications

• Experience in Sea Logistics, freight forwarding, or customer operations.
• Strong understanding of international logistics, service processes, and KPI management.
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing customer solutions and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned key customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and engagement.
• Translate customer requirements into effective operational solutions.
• Ensure service commitments and KPIs are met.
• Coordinate across internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Support growth with subject-matter expertise on processes and capabilities.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new business and initiatives.
• Collaborate with GKAMs, Customer Care, and operations for seamless delivery.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect performance.
• Create and maintain operational documentation (MOPs, SOPs).
• Present operational insights during reviews and drive continuous improvement.
